Jacqueline Segura, Director of Merchant Solutions, UniteU Connected Commerce Jacqui Segura, business strategist and consultant with over 20 years of retail management experience, is currently the Director of Merchant Solutions for UniteU Connected Commerce. She oversees the development and management of ecommerce solutions for more than 200 online retailers. Not only has she been instrumental in growing the UniteU business over 400% in the last 8 years, she has had a direct impact on the growth of most, if not all, UniteU customers; some to Internet Retailer top 100 status. Her focus has been on optimizing ecommerce implementation and operations to maximize growth and profits with a unique ability to leverage personal experience in all areas of retail management- sales floor, shipping and receiving, buying- into systems and tools to increase efficiency and maximize decision support for the merchant. By working for the application developer, she is also able to provide “voice of the customer” input into development paths forward to continue to optimize the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) ecommerce platform. By overseeing the team of Business Consultants at UniteU, she is able to propagate her experience, philosophies and success strategies to the UniteU customer base.
