Position Overview: Sell Retail System solutions to Retailers

RETAIL TECHNOLOGY EXPERTS (RTE), based in Miami Lakes, Florida, has been for the past 17 years providing Point of Sale and Inventory Management solutions to retailers in the U.S., Caribbean and Latin America. We currently have more than 20 staff members with various backgrounds and expertise in retail operations, merchandising, and marketing.

We are looking for Enthusiastic Sales Consultants with computer, Internet Technology, and Customer Relations with a few years of experience to join our team. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Take inbound sales calls & qualify the lead

Perform Needs Analysis/discovery to determine the business and technology needs.

Demo and Recommend the correct solution for the prospect.

Prepare solution proposals for presentation to the prospect.

Overcome objections and close business to meet defined quota.

Work closely with the technical staff to insure smooth customer installs.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Microsoft CRM.

Maintain current knowledge of the features and functions of the various software products we sell.

Maintain current knowledge of competitive products.

Manage assigned group of existing customers.

Position Overview: Assist with sales to existing customers and coordinate marketing activities to generate qualified leads.

RETAIL TECHNOLOGY EXPERTS (RTE), based in Miami Lakes, Florida, has been for the past 17 years providing Point of Sale and Inventory Management solutions to retailers in the U.S., Caribbean and Latin America.

We are looking for an Enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Assistant with a few years of experience along with good oral and written communication skills, to join our team. Spanish speaking candidate preferred. We have an Excellent compensation package with full Health Benefits, Vacations and a 401K plan.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Coordination of Marketing Activities such as tradeshows, Mailing programs, Webinars and Telemarketing campaigns.

Create new Network and Vendor partnerships to generate new leads.

Coordinate joint Marketing activities with Vendors and Network Partners.

Keep www.RetailTechnologyExperts.com website updated.

Qualify new leads and assign to Sales Consultants.
Handle Sales issues with Existing customers.

Produce weekly status reports for meetings.
Assist Sales Manager with Sales and Marketing activities.
